BREW GUIDE
You will need:
- AeroPress
- AeroPress filter paper
- Beans weighed & freshly ground for Aeropress (18g)
- 240g freshly boiled filtered water
- Stirrer/Spoon
- Scales
- Timer
- Cup for serving
- Measure and grind 18g of coffee to a consistency similar to table salt
- Place filter in cap and rinse with boiled water to also pre heat cup
- Attached plunger to base with 1cm to spare
- Invert aeropress and fill with ground coffee
- Pour 50g of water then stir grounds with spoon 3 times and wait 30 seconds for bloom
- Pour 150g of water and stir 3 times, wait 60 secondsattached cap with filter
- Flip aeropress carefully onto mug and press
- press should take 20-25 seconds, Total Time 2:00mins
- Stop when you hear air escaping
- dispose of spent grounds and enjoying your coffee
- Coffee grounds are great in your garden rather than the trash
